Facebook's parent Meta has fixed a bug that automatically sent friend requests to profiles viewed by a user, a report said. The social media platform reportedly apologised for the glitch. A user claimed he was stalking someone on Facebook and somehow a friend request was sent. "[This] is horrible and embarrassing...I hate my life because of it," he added.
