Ajit Mohan, Facebook India head, has moved the Supreme Court against a notice sent to him by Delhi Assembly's panel asking him to present himself for a deposition before the panel on September 23. The summons have been sent to Mohan over the social media platform's alleged complicity in the violence that struck the national capital in February.
