Facebook has updated its Community Standards policy, which now accepts calls for "high-severity violence" including death threats if the targets are 'dangerous individuals or organisations'. Facebook stated targets can be "described as having carried out violent crimes or sexual offences", wherein criminal/predator status has been established by media reports, market knowledge of news event, etc.
