Facebook in a post to the 'Facebook Advertiser Hub Page' said it will reveal more details including who uploaded user contact information for targeted advertisements starting February 28. The "Why am I seeing this ad?" option will detail when the contact information was uploaded. It will also show whether it was uploaded by the brand or their developer partners.
