Facebook-parent Meta to trade under 'META' ticker from June 9
Facebook-parent company has announced that it will change its stock ticker symbol to 'META' this month. The firm will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol prior to market opening on June 9, replacing its current ticker symbol 'FB'. The current ticker 'FB' has been in use since the company's IPO in 2012.
