A claim is being shared falsely claiming Arvind Kejriwal secured his IIT Kharagpur seat through a 'corporate quota'. BOOM found that the claim is false. IIT Kharagpur had confirmed that no such quota existed back then and in an RTI enquiry in July 2016 clarified that Kejriwal's JEE ranking - which was earlier untraceable - was found to be 563.
