Bank of Baroda has denied allegations that it used unauthenticated or non-customer mobile numbers for boosting registrations on its 'bob World' app. According to reports, a former employee highlighted the "fraud-like situation" in multiple emails sent to the bank. "The point raised...is factually not correct as one mobile number can be counted with only one mobile app," the bank said.
