Fake article says Pfizer CEO's wife died after receiving COVID vaccine; firm clarifies
After a fake article claimed that Myriam Bourla, the wife of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, has died from complications of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, the firm said, "Our CEO's wife is alive and well." A spokesperson for Pfizer called the incorrect claims "lies" meant to undermine public confidence in the company's COVID-19 vaccine.
