False claim circulated, alleging the crash of an Indian Air Force Mi-17V5 carrying Air Marshal Pankaj Mohan Sinha near Mathura. The DFRAC team found the claim to be fake as the Mi-17V5 was crashed in Arunachal Pradesh on November 18, 2021. The viral image was misleadingly associated with the Mathura claim. No IAF plane incidents have been reported in Mathura.
