A fake toll plaza on Bamanbore-Kutch national highway in Gujarat allegedly went unnoticed for 1.5 years. Set up on a private land by bypassing the national highway, the fake booth was used to extort thousands of rupees from people daily. The accused diverted some vehicles from actual route and lured people by charging them half price at the fake booth.
