'Chakda 'Xpress' which was slated for its release in 2023 has been halted due to the fallout between Netflix and the film's production house, writer Abhishek Banerjee and editor Manas Mittal revealed. The film is based on former cricketer Jhulan Goswami and stars Anushka Sharma. The reported reasons for the fallout are "creative disagreements" and "budgetary issues".
