Makers of 'HIT 3' were recently accused of plagiarism by writer Vimalavelan, however, actor Nani has filed a counterclaim calling the accusations "false, misleading and unfounded". The official affidavit states that all similarities pointed out by Vimalavelan are "standard tropes and recurring motifs" in the thriller genre. The next hearing in the case is on July 28.
