Bengaluru-based startup Fam has fired 18 employees across functions. Calling it a tough day, Fam founder Sambhav Jain said, "Parting ways is never easy, especially for a people-first organisation like ours," and offered to help find jobs for the fired employees. While several people praised Jain's initiative, others criticised him for firing employees and calling itself a 'people-first' company.
