A family of 12 people was found hiding inside their locked house in Uttarakhand's Haldwani during a door-to-door police verification drive. The family locked themselves out of fear of action for stealing electricity. A video showed a police officer, who unlocked the house, asking a family member how they enter and exit the house if it's locked from outside.
