Farmer builds vegetable grafting business, clocks ₹60 lakh

Gaurav Maurya, 27, has turned vegetable grafting into a profitable nursery business in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. The son of a farmer, he began grafting for his own farm in 2023 and then began commercial production realizing its potential. With an annual turnover of ₹60 lakh, he plans to expand from 6 lakh grafted saplings to 20 lakh by 2027.
