One being asked about potholes appearing on the ₹12,000-crore Delhi-Dehradun Expressway after first rainfall, Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari said farmers didn't give land due to which they could not complete drainage system work. "The potholes were fixed after the matter came to light," he stated. Notably, the expressway was inaugurated on April 14 this year.
