Farmers will observe a 'Betrayal Day' across the country on January 31 (Monday), Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait said, alleging that the Centre didn't fulfil promises made to the protesting farmers. "The government hasn't fulfilled any of the promises made on the letter dated December 9, on the basis of which the [farmers' protest] was suspended."
