Fasting and HIIT help long-term weight control: Study

A follow-up published in Scientific Reports found that women who practiced time-restricted fasting and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) maintained reduced body fat and waist size two years after initial intervention. The results suggest that combining fasting and HIIT may offer a sustainable path to better weight and health outcomes.
