BJP leader Nishikant Dubey said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's father and then PM Rajiv Gandhi promoted Hindi, Sanskrit and translated English in regional languages in 1986 education policy. Talking about Congress' opposition to National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Dubey asked why Rahul is proud of English "like slaves". "Students should also grow with regional languages," he stated.
