A 10-year-old boy was fatally stabbed by his father in Sagarpur, Delhi, after a dispute over the boy wanting to play in the rain. The boy insisted on going outside to play despite his father’s objections. In a sudden fit of rage, the father stabbed him in the chest near the left ribs with a kitchen knife.
