Wadia Group Chairman Nusli Wadia told Economic Times that Pratt & Whitney's (P&W) faulty engines for Go First failed from its earliest deliveries in 2017, causing damage worth over ₹10,000 crore. "Over last two years, P&W's inaction and contractual defaults irreparably financially damaged Go First, putting at risk several employees and a national asset serving millions of passengers," he said.
