Facebook since the last 12 months is reportedly offering $10,000 to its employees in Silicon Valley to move closer to its headquarters. To qualify for such payment, Facebook employees require to buy or rent a house within 16 kilometres of Facebook campus. Also, employees with families to support are eligible for $15,000 or more to bear housing costs.
