Facebook has announced that it will open its 'Instant Articles' service to all publishers in the world on April 12. The service hosts content from local publishers, allowing users to access it directly from their News Feeds. Earlier in December, Facebook had expanded its base to over 350 publishers, including 25 Indian publishers like India Today, The Quint and Aaj Tak.
