Infamous drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero, a leader in the Guadalajara cartel, has been captured after being traced by a search dog in Mexico. Quintero was added to the FBI's 10 'most wanted' criminals list in 2018 and a $20 million reward was announced for his capture. He allegedly terrorised and destabilised Mexico during his time in the cartel.
