FDA chief vows to proceed as Ajay Devgn moves HC

Maharashtra FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe said the department will "proceed in accordance with the law" after Ajay Devgn moved the High Court challenging proceedings against him. The case, involving Devgn, Shah Rukh Khan, and Tiger Shroff for allegedly promoting prohibited pan masala via surrogate ads, has been forwarded to the Joint Commissioner for adjudication.
