We must embrace sadness as a natural human emotion, understanding that it's a temporary phase that will pass with time. Any desperate attempts to suppress sadness only exacerbate or prolongs our pain. Instead, we should acknowledge it calmly, knowing it's a normal reaction to adversity. Let it run its course without resisting, as it will eventually dissipate on its own.
