Karan Johar said he has grown up watching larger-than-life and commercial cinema. "I didn't fall in love with cinema watching...a Steven Spielberg film...I fell in love watching a Yash Chopra song," he added. "I see the big event films and...love stories with songs and dances, it all makes me happy because that's where my love for cinema began," Karan stated.
