An FIR was filed against BJP leader Manju Tiwari in Balrampur, UP after a video showed her engaging in celebratory firing on Sunday, when people lit lamps at 9 pm for 9 minutes on PM Modi's appeal. "I felt like it was Diwali and fired out of jubilation," said Tiwari. "I accept my mistake and apologise for it," she added.
