A female judge was caught on a prison CCTV camera kissing a man convicted of killing a policeman in Argentina. The judge, Mariel Suarez, was the only one in the panel of judges who had voted against awarding Christian Mai Bustos life sentence despite being told that he was a "highly dangerous prisoner". Suarez faces disciplinary action over the act.
