Maurizio Parlato, the former CEO of Ferrari North America and COO of Bugatti of the Americas, has admitted to taking over ₹20.5 crore in bribes in exchange for misallocating supercars to customers who weren't on the list of approved purchasers. He also admitted that he failed to report the kickback payments as income on his federal individual income tax returns.
