Ferrari won a court case blocking their former chassis technical director Enrico Cardile from joining Formula 1 rivals Aston Martin until July 18, 2025. A Modena court ruled Cardile violated his "non-compete commitment with Ferrari whose purpose was precisely to prevent other teams from gaining an unjustified competitive advantage by hiring Cardile earlier than allowed".
