The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) said that the CoWIN platform faced a few issues on the first day of COVID-19 vaccination drive on Saturday. There was a delay in uploading beneficiary lists at some session sites and some healthcare workers were vaccinated even though they were not scheduled on CoWIN, Manohar Agnani, Additional Secretary at MoHFW, said.
