FIFA has released the footage it used to overturn the decision to disallow Japan's winning goal against Spain on Thursday, that led to Germany being knocked out of FIFA World Cup. The footage demonstrated how the bottom of the ball was out of play while the curvature remained on the line while Kaoru Mitoma was crossing the ball.
