FIIs offload over ₹20,000 crore Indian equities in 2 days
Foreign institutional investors sold over ₹20,000 crore worth of Indian equities across September 29 and 30. FIIs sold a net of ₹10,148 crore on Wednesday after withdrawing ₹9,980 crore a day earlier. Elevated crude oil prices, rising US Treasury yields and rupee weakness have accompanied intensified foreign selling in Indian markets.
