A Tamil film producer has been named as the mastermind of an international drug smuggling racket and is currently on the run, officials said. Three members of the gang have been arrested and 50 kg of pseudoephedrine- a chemical used to make methamphetamine drug- has been seized. Pseudoephedrine worth ₹2,000 crore was smuggled abroad in three years, officials revealed.
