The Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Andheri ruled in favour of filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah in a cheque dishonour case, ending a 16-year-old case, according to Moneycontrol. The 2009 case revolved around Shah's loan to the producers of 'London Dreams', which remained unpaid after a repayment cheque bounced. Now, the producers have been directed to clear the dues within 90 days.
