The final supplementary list of 8 lakh West Bengal voters will be published tonight, the Election Commission of India (ECI) informed the Supreme Court today. People whose names don't appear in the list will have to approach tribunals for redressal. This comes as today is the last date for filing nominations for the first phase of West Bengal Assembly polls.
