Bengaluru-based online investments startup Scripbox has acquihired its competitor Upwardly for an undisclosed amount. Founded in 2012 by Sanjiv Singhal, Ashok Kumar ER and Nilakanta Mallick, Scripbox has raised over $23 million to date, as per Crunchbase. Upwardly was founded in 2016 by former Myntra executive Prateek Mehta along with Prithvi Raj Tejavath, Vivek Agarwal and Shashank Agrawal.
