Payroll management startup Tartan has raised $4.5 million in its pre-Series A funding round. The round saw participation from 500 Global, InfoEdge Ventures, Naval Ravikant-backed AngelList Quant Fund, WorldQuant Ventures, Varanium GenNext Fund, 9 Unicorns, Yatra Angel Network, Emphasis Ventures (EMVC) and Naveen Kukreja. Tartan was founded in 2021 and has raised $6 million.
