Fintech unicorn Groww, founded by former Flipkart executives, has acquired a minority stake in fintech startup Digio, VCCircle reported. In 2018, Digio raised ₹2.5 crore from Zerodha's investment arm Rainmatter. It reported a net profit of ₹24 crore and a revenue of nearly ₹83 crore in financial year 2021-22. Digio was founded in 2016 by Abhinav Parashar and Sanket Nayak.
