Delhi's Rohini court on Monday ordered FIRs against actor Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay aka Mimoh and Mithun's wife Yogita Bali on charges of rape, cheating and wrongful termination of pregnancy. The complainant alleged that Mimoh spiked her drink and raped her. She added that he kept raping her for four years and caused a miscarriage when she got pregnant.
