As per reports, an FIR was filed on Monday against organisers of "World's tallest idol of Goddess Durga" (88 feet tall) from Deshapriya Park in Kolkata after a stampede at the venue on Sunday injured at least three people. Police said the organisers had not made enough arrangements and they violated the 40 feet idol height set by the court.
