A hotelier in Bengaluru has filed an FIR against OYO Founder and CEO Ritesh Agarwal and six other executives over criminal breach of trust, cheating, criminal conspiracy, among others. OYO allegedly didn't pay the agreed-upon ₹7-lakh per month fee of booking rooms with the hotelier since May. OYO spokesperson said that the complaint has been filed to get media attention.
