An FIR has been registered against preacher Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale in connection with a rape and murder case in Patiala, Punjab Police told the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The case pertains to the death of a woman found unconscious outside Gurudwara Parmeshwar Dwar in 2012. Petitioner claimed to have received threats from accused’s followers after raising the issue.
