Test preparation platform Abhinay Maths has filed an FIR against Tiger Global-backed edtech startup Classplus. It has accused Classplus of activities including forging digital signatures and unauthorised acquisition of assets worth ₹70-₹80 lakh that caused financial losses to Abhinay Maths. Last year, Classplus invested around ₹4 crore in Abhinay Maths' parent firm AMCP Edutech.
