An FIR has been filed against IPL franchise RCB and the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) for criminal negligence in the stampede outside Chinnaswamy Stadium that killed 11. Event management company DNA and other entities have also been named in the FIR that was filed at the Cubbon Park Police Station. Over 50 people were also injured in the incident.
