Allahabad High Court has criticised the language used by a woman in an FIR, saying, "It's not soft porn literature". The woman accused her husband of forcible sex and alleged her father-in-law sought sexual favours from her while her brother-in-law tried to "ravish her physically". The court observed that her allegations were found false and the related sections were dropped.
