A video of a fire that broke out at PGIMER's advanced eye centre in Chandigarh has surfaced online. In the video, people can be seen walking with their phones' torch lights on. This is the second fire incident to be reported at PGIMER in seven days after a fire broke out at the institute's Nehru Hospital earlier.
