Fire outbreak at 137-year-old Darjeeling school

A fire outbreak in the 137-year-old Downhill School in Darjeeling on Thursday night has caused severe damage to the school's primary section building. However, no casualties have been reported as the school is closed for winter vacation. The school, located at Kurseong town, was built during the British era. The cause for the fire is yet to be ascertained.
