While talking about product development in the early stages, MakeMyTrip's Founder and CEO Deep Kalra in a recent interview said, "The first 5 years were tough". Adding that outsourcing the technology for the company was a terrible mistake, he further said, "It took me a good part of 5 years to bring in technology."
